Are you looking for a new opportunity in the world of real estate? If so, we are looking for dedicated, hardworking, real estate agents who would like to be taught the business inside and out along with being provided amazing systems and structure.

Next level team of RE/MAX Home Team provides the training, tools, support and wants ALL of their agents to succeed!​

Agents will be supplied with a solid lead flow of 10-15 quality leads a month that will help give a BASE of 10-20 sales per year. THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. This is for New London, Windham, Tolland, Middlesex, and Hartford County.​


Listing Agents not only list and manage housing sales, they also network and coordinate with buyers and sellers. Due to the personal nature of the listing process, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. You'll be responsible for consulting with clients regarding the sales process and obtaining great value for their property.
